This shop is an absolute joke mate. I go there with my little one to return some parcels, and every time it's the same story - the woman running the place gives me grief. Like does she have a problem with people or what? And they're meant to be Evri representative but the little old Indian woman (grey haired) that runs the shop kicks off if you ever try return anything. Well they need to sort themselves out cause having someone like her in charge ain't doing them any favours. Honestly, I'm done with the place. Won't be setting foot in there again. End of
So unwelcoming. Avoid this shop
Let me tell you about this shop I visited. It's managed by an elderly Indian woman with the worst attitude I've encountered. Every interaction feels like an inconvenience to her. The customer service is virtually non-existent; she seems disinterested in helping. The shop itself is unkempt, and there's a noticeable unpleasant odor. I strongly advise avoiding this place altogether. It's not worth the hassle.

Firstly, please see below reviews to see that I am not the only person saying the following. It is being said by many others and I am surprised this woman is still working there. This shop ought to sack one particular old Indian woman (grey hair) who seems to either run it or at least be there all the time. She has the worst customer service, worst attitude I have ever come across. The first point I will get across is that the old woman does not like to speak to other women. In fact, I am sure she targets young women (see other reviews who agree) and is bitter and likes to treat them with a disgusting attitude. But when a male comes in, oh it’s all “good morning Dave!” happy smiles and greetings. But I have time and time again been treated like dirt by this woman every time I come in, and I see other women being treated badly by her too. Every time I come in and greet her like a normal person with “hi how are you” she looks at me with disgust, ignores me, says nothing and looks away.
