Hepburn Delaney solicitors in Hemel Hempstead was established in 2013 by Jane Hepburn and myself - Rebecca Delaney. Jane and I had worked together for several years and eventually decided to take the leap and set up the business. We both specialise in family law and as such Hepburn Delaney was established to give expert family law advice to the local population in Hemel Hempstead.

From day one, we have had an excellent team of lawyers and support staff. Because of their dedication to quality service and client care, we now have clients based throughout Hemel Hempstead and Hertfordshire as well as in London and outside the county.

Shortly after establishing the company, it became clear that to service the needs of our clients, we needed to expand to offer assistance with Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney. This way we were able to assist in all family matters, whether matrimonial, children or life planning. We were fortunate to be joined by Alison Rowley to head up this team. Her commitment and the growth of this department enabled us to offer her partnership within 12 months.

All the partners are like minded and are dedicated to providing quality services at reasonable prices. We feel that a social conscience and ethical practices are vital to our business. We are therefore one of the few firms who continue to commit to Legal Aid.

We have always focused on efficiency and streamlining - managing the daily running of the firm in a cost effective manner which means less reliance on fees from you, the client. To achieve this, we invest in our people as well as up to date technology to ensure that we can offer the best possible service. Our team of solicitors in Hemel Hempstead run a paperless system and continue to look for ways to provide legal advice in a modern, user-friendly manner.
