Online customer documentation for EICR

My EICR was very difficult to read. It looked like it had been awkward to complete. My EICR provider said it was a VERY difficult to complete online, boxes to complete being tiny and difficult to see. A form drafted by office workers with no idea what it was like to be working on the job then having to spend another 40 mins per job transferring details recorded onsite to an online version to later send out to customers. Please investigate this. We agree. the layout is really poor, text overly small so it is both too small to fill in easily or to read easily. It is a very awkward document to complete accurately and get: n/a xxxxxx dates etc lined up. Online, it ilooks unprofessional. Print off runs to over 10 pages with alot of empty space. Both Electrical Contractor and End Customer would benfit from alot less stress if the text was larger, the design more compact and the general operation and layout refined.
